TPM policy

World-class through Total Productive Maintenance

  • Total customer satisfaction through highest quality at lowest cost with speed in delivery
  • A maintenance system spanning the entire life of the equipment
  • Maximising overall plant effectiveness with total employee involvement
  • Continuous improvement toward zero defects, zero wastage, zero breakdown
  • A clean and safe working environment
TPM targets

Measured, not just stated

  • P — Achieve minimum 90% OEE; 6 suggestions per employee per year
  • Q — Zero customer complaints
  • C — Reduce conversion cost 5% annually
  • D — 100% delivery adherence
  • S — Zero accidents; aim for zero pollution

Six Sigma

Five Six Sigma Black Belts lead continuous projects for rejection and process-variation reduction — solving quality problems scientifically.

Independent assurance

Indo Shell is primarily audited by Deloitte. Quality assurance training is delivered by the Dhrona Institute of Quality, with TPM advisors from the CII Institute of Quality, and independent directors overseeing statutory compliance.

AI-enhanced quality

Modern technologies including AI are applied across operations to enhance productivity, quality and delivery performance. [PLACEHOLDER: add one concrete example — e.g. AI visual inspection or predictive maintenance — for credibility]
