Ferrous · Shell moulding

Among the largest shell-moulded ferrous casting foundries anywhere

Three dedicated shell-mould foundries (Plants P1, P2 and ISIS) produce critical automotive and hydraulic components with full machining and sub-assembly. We cast intricate thin-walled components — down to 3.5 mm walls — including water-cooled parts, and hydraulic components with thin, complex internal ports delivered with the highest degree of as-cast dimensional accuracy.

Steel & stainless steel foundry

Our newest foundry manufactures precision steel and stainless steel components, extending the Indo Shell materials portfolio to corrosion-resistant and high-strength applications.

Non-ferrous

Aluminium & copper alloy castings

A dedicated non-ferrous foundry manufactures custom aluminium castings and copper alloys accurately to national and international specifications — including gravity die casting for automotive and appliance applications.

Electric mobility

Hub motors for electric two-wheelers

Indo Shell's five decades of casting and precision machining expertise now power the EV transition: we manufacture hub motors for electric two-wheelers, combining cast components, precision machining and assembly in-house.

Metrology & engineering services

NABL-accredited metrology lab

Engineering services unit

Computerised engineering services automate operations, monitor each process and strengthen process communication. Product development follows APQP/PPAP methodologies with full documentation, and our R&D team delivers VA/VE solutions that keep customers cost-competitive.
