About us

Tradition with Technology

Constant enhancement of foundry tradition, continuously updated with future technologies to global standards — that has been the Indo Shell definition since 1973.

From a small-scale unit to a global castings group

Indo Shell Mould Limited began in 1973 as a small-scale foundry in the industrial town of Coimbatore, South India. Five decades later, we operate shell-mould foundries, a steel and stainless steel foundry, a non-ferrous foundry and three machining facilities — with representation in major cities around the world.

Our castings are preferred by multinational customers across automotive, hydraulics, home appliances and beyond. Today that same engineering discipline powers our newest chapter: hub motors for electric two-wheelers and AI-enhanced manufacturing operations.
